Wovoka the Wookie

 The 3rd night of Barrows Silverlake Lounge Monday Night Residency included bands: Weird Sex and Wovoka. Unfortunately, Dead Dawn dropped off as their guitarist cut her hand. It was a great night tho and Wovoka certainly was loud--teaches me a lesson to not sit in the direct blast of Eric Kniss's amp! Next time I'll stand closer to the PA when my friend's band plays over the PA with their wall of noise and guitars! I'm glad this set opened with the 1st song off their latest recently released album, "Saros." Listen to this!
